Workshop 2: Supporting, Developing and Retaining Volunteers

This online session is aimed at those responsible for managing volunteers.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role of supervision and ongoing support in effective volunteer management.

• Identify practical approaches to volunteer motivation, recognition and retention.

• Understand how to manage boundaries and maintain professional relationships with volunteers.

• Gain confidence in having difficult conversations and addressing issues constructively. 

This event will take place online, and joining instructions will be sent prior to the session.

Attendance is free, although booking in advance is required to secure places.
