Durham Community Action facilitates the Wellbeing Link Worker Networks (formerly known as Mental Health Link Worker Networks).
These networks bring together organisations and groups that support the wellbeing of individuals living in County Durham. They provide the opportunity to share information and knowledge and aim to enable smooth referrals between services offering support.
There are six different networks based on geographical locations, meeting quarterly throughout the year:
- Durham Dales
- Chester-le-Street
- East Durham
- Sedgefield
- Derwentside
- Central Durham.
