Wheels to Work County Durham - Project Officer (closing date 9.00am 05/03/2018)

30 hours per week, NJC point 26 - £ 23,398 pro rata

Funded for 12 months in the first instance

Based in Bullion Hall, Chester-le-Street – additional travel across County Durham required.

Wheels to Work helps people overcome transport barriers through the loan of mopeds in order to access work or training.

Wheels to Work County Durham is looking to recruit a part-time Project Officer to work with clients from the point of  initial assessment to bringing them onto the scheme and providing ongoing support during the moped hire period. The postholder will be required to promote the project amongst key stakeholders and referral agencies, and support the Wheels to Work Manager in collating evidence for monitoring, evaluation and preparation of written reports to our funders.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, administration and interpersonal skills and must have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
