RELAUNCH OF THE COMMUNITY GOOD FOOD NETWORK

3rd May 2022

County Durham is seeing an increase in the number of people accessing food and wellbeing support services such as Community Gardens, Community Fridges, Food Redistribution Projects and Community Cafes as the growing cost of living crisis hits.

In response to this we are relaunching the Community Good Food Network and are interested in hearing from community food and growing projects in County Durham at our online meeting on 17th May.

Initially started during 2020 in response to a need exacerbated by the pandemic, the Community Food Network is intended to encourage peer support for like minded organisations in the county and to give staff and volunteers the opportunity to talk about the subjects that matter most to them.

We are really interested in hearing what you want from the network and have put together a very short survey which we would appreciate you completing here

The Survey is open until 13th May and we will be discussing the results at the network meeting on 17th May, book your place here
