We are running a series of online workshops to assist voluntary and community organisations with Volunteer Management, Consultation & Engagement, Strategic Planning, Operational and Financial Management. All sessions are currently fully funded.

Volunteer Management Workshop 

This online session is aimed at staff/volunteers who are responsible for volunteer recruitment and covers understanding the recruitment process, how to diversify recruitment, writing an attractive role description and identifying challenges and changes to recuitment during the COVID pandemic.
