4th Oct 2017

North East Together: The Leaders Network for Social Change Inspiration. Collaboration. Mutual Support.will be running their Building Future Sustainability programme with Mark Butcher again from November 2017 to March 2018. The programme will run in both Newcastle and Middlesbrough.

What is 'Building Future Sustainability'?
The programme is designed to provide an introduction to a range of income generating activities and help organisations prepare to engage in them. As well as our trainers, attendees will hear from peer professionals who have succeeded in each area.

How the programme works
The programme will build the capacity of ‘mid-range’ not for profit organisations across the North East to generate money for their work. To achieve this we’ll seek to:
• Provide a toolkit of technical fundraising skills
• Inspire and lift the aspirations of delegates
• Encourage and support the organisations taking part to be more entrepreneurial, risk taking and visionary

• Explore different approaches that are required for trusts, companies, individuals and other key funders

• Be delivered by expert trainers and include guest slots from funders with a message to send or a story to tell

• Offer excellent networking opportunities

Who should attend?
The programme is aimed at not for profit organisations with a maximum turnover of £1,000,000 pa.  Attendees should be Chief Executives, Managers, Project Officers, board members and others who have (or will have) an income generation function within the organisation.
